libdieharder-dev software package provides Random-number generator test library -- development package, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdieharder-dev
libdieharder-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdieharder-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdieharder-dev *
You will get with libdieharder-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
